The Skill Universe offers digital products and online learning services, including membership-based access to courses and resources. As these are digitally delivered services, refunds are handled as outlined below.

Once a membership is purchased and access to the digital content is provided, refunds are generally not applicable.
However, a refund may be considered in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment made by the user
- Technical issues preventing access to the content, which are not resolved within a reasonable time after contacting support
